Placing an online order

How do place an order? +
Please select the product of your choice, choose the correct size or quantity before clicking “Add to cart”. You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to enter the Shipping Address to process your order.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address? +
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you can enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
What methods of payment do you accept? +
We securely accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All prices and orders are listed and processed in GBP. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.
Do I have to have an account to place an order? +
No, accounts are totally optional.

Shipping & delivery

What is the average delivery time? +
We dispatch all the items within 1 to 4 days from the order date (except Sundays & holidays). And the average delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
How do I cancel my order? +
Please contact us immediately at shoppiearthuk@gmail.com to request cancellation of your order. If the order has not been dispatched, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If the items are damaged in the transit? +
If you receive the item that was damaged in transit, Shoppiearth will provide a full refund for the damaged products if the customer provides valid proof for the damage within 48 hours of product delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
The product returns would only be accepted within 14 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return? +
Contact us at www.shoppiearth.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process. To start a return, you can contact us at shoppiearthuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is your refund policy? +
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shoppiearthuk@gmail.com
