Dose
Vaidyaratnam Draksha Leham should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Have the decoction once or twice a day
- Have the decoction before or after meals
- Adults can have 5-10gm of the powder per day
- Children below the age of 5 years can have 1-2gm of the powder
- Children between 5-12 years of age can have 5gm of the powder per day
- Take the supplement along with honey, warm water or lukewarm milk
