Dose:
Baidyanath Punarnawarishta should be consumed after consultation with an expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this herbal potent.
- Have the syrup 2 times a day
- Have a maximum of 6 tablespoons in a day
- Mix an equal amount of water with the syrup
- Children should have 2 tablespoons in a day
- Adults should have 3-6 tablespoons in a day
