- Devdaru- Himalayan cedar
- Daru haldi- Indian barberry
- Akarkara- Mount atlas daisy
- Loha bhasma- Iron microfine
- Punarnava- Spreading hogweed
- Trikatu- Combination of Long Pepper, Ginger, and Black Pepper
- Triphala- Combination of 3 herbs, that contain Myrobalan, Beleric Myrobalan, and Indian gooseberry
- Chaturjat- Combination of Cardamom, Bay leaves, Cinnamon and Ceylon ironwood
Dose :
Baidyanath Kumari Asav should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Follow the below steps to have the decoction.
- Take the potent after meals
- Have the decoction twice per day
- Take 3-6 tablespoons of the tonic per day
- Mix the syrup with an equal amount of water before consumption
